Is film a language?

Semiotics within film can be argued as the way messages are told to the audience.

Does film duplicate reality or articulate reality?

Film is a chemical reaction of something real in the world / an imprint / an index of reality.

An ideology is a set of ideas that constitutes one’s goals, expectations, and actions. An ideology can be thought of as a comprehensive vision, as a way of looking at things.

Karl Marx (1818-1883) is best known not as a philosopher but as a revolutionary communist, whose works inspired the foundation of many communist regimes in the twentieth century was a German philosopher, political economist, historian, sociologist, humanist, political theorist, and revolutionary credited as the founder of communism.
